Meeting for Worship on the Occasion of Business

2019-32 Meeting for business approves having extended singing of Christmas carols on the first Sunday of December followed by worship and potluck; other celebration to be discussed; Juliet will be in touch with Allison and Amy with a list of Christmas carols that she plays.
2019-33 Meeting for business approves Eliza Navias-Bell as a member of Ministry and Counsel.
2019-34 We have received with regret and appreciation, the resignation of our treasurer, Eliza Navias-Bell. In this one instance meeting for business will function as a nominating committee to consider names for treasurer. Eliza’s resignation will be effective, December 3l, 2019.
2019-35 The clerk will reach out to Juliet Wright, Michael Wajda and Mary Ann St. John to discuss their interest and willingness to serve as treasurer, and she will bring forward a name to meeting for business.
After a period of silent worship, the meeting adjourned.
