The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
2019-17 Meeting for business affirms a workshop on Quaker Process led by Eliza Navias-Bell at her home. Tentative date is July 14, 2019, schedule to be detailed later.
2019-18 Meeting for business affirms support for the Minute for Gaza with some specific changes that will emphasize support for peace-building efforts and for dissemination of the minute to institutional investment managers. Dorothea and Timmy will be working on the specific language of the changes.
2019-19 Meeting for business endorses the minute on discouraging the Training of Vermont Police with the Israel Defense Forces.
2019-20 Meeting for business directs finance committee to discuss and suggest a contribution to Friends Camp and/or a scholarship for children in the meeting to attend Friends Camp.
2019-21 Auberta Galusha reported on behalf of the Interfaith Council.

Minutes for Ministry and Counsel
Sunday, May 12, 2019
Present were Timmy Bullock, clerk, ex-officio, Priscilla Tracy, Auberta Galusha, Juliet Wright
and Eliza Navias-Bell
19-8 Ministry and counsel suggests Sunday, July 21, 2019 for the workshop on Quaker Process. This workshop will be led by Eliza Navias-Bell and will take place at her home. Friends are encouraged to bring their copy of New England Yearly Meeting Faith and Practice. We will also have British Faith and Practice as well as other copies of Faith and Practice.
19-9 Ministry and Counsel recommends holding a discussion at business meeting on The Minute for Gaza and The Minute on Training Vermont Police with the Israel Defense Forces with the possibility of creating a minute of endorsement to be sent to Northwest Quarter Clerk.
19-10 Ministry and Counsel recommends sending a donation to Friends Camp.
