Present were Timmy Bullock, Juliet Wright, Arnold Ricks, Bain Davis, Eliza Navias-Bell, Auberta Galusha, Roc Kaufman, John Maloney and Priscilla Tracy

2015-18 Priscilla Tracy reported on behalf of ministry and counsel. The minutes are appended.
2015-19 – Meeting for business discussed the detail of planning for retreat. The clerk will develop a sign up sheet and the details of what each individual needs to bring to retreat. Google map will be printed. The clerk will also be in touch with Avery Wood and convey to her that the majority of those at the retreat do not know very much about permaculture, so we need to know about background principles of permaculture; practical application both in public and private spaces for those who are new to the concept of permaculture; and we ask for a one to two page background reading that she suggests.
2015-20 – The clerk reported on December Quarterly Meeting which will definitely be held at Poultney Worship Group. More details to follow.
After a few minutes of silent worship, the meeting adjourned.

Pastoral concerns discussed
15-11 M & C recommends that Juliet Wright, clerk the meeting on Sunday, July 12 and Priscilla Tracy will clerk on Sunday, August 2.
15-12 Ministry and Counsel has developed a comprehensive list for the items we will need for our retreat.
