Meeting for Worship on the Occasion of Business
Held at the Senior Citizens Service Center,

Present were Timmy Bullock, Juliet Wright, Arnold Ricks, Bain Davis, Eliza Navias-Bell, Auberta Galusha and Priscilla Tracy

The recording clerk read the minutes for meeting for business May 10, 2015. They were approved and are appended.
2015-20 Priscilla Tracy reported on behalf of ministry and counsel. The minutes are appended.
2015-21 Meeting for business recommends that Avery Wood speak to the theory of permaculture and how the theory is put into practice in planning complementary plantings. She will also lead a question and answer period in the afternoon. We recommend a donation of $500.00 to McWaters Park Permaculture Garden as an honorarium for Avery Wood’s presentation.
2015-16 Timmy Bullock reported on the status of December Quarterly Meeting. She will be in touch with Ann Buffum and someone from Poultney Worship Group.
2015-17 Meeting appreciates Eliza Navias-Bell’s report on her new job and the great improvement in her financial status.
After a period of silent worship, the meeting adjourned.

Pastoral concerns discussed
15-10 M & C recommends that Avery speak to the theory of permaculture and how the theory is put into practice in planning complementary plantings. She will also lead a question and answer period in the afternoon. We recommend a donation of $500.00 to McWaters Park Permaculture Garden as an honorarium for Avery Woods presentation.
The clerk is still discussing the organization of the December Quarterly Meeting with Ann Buffum, the clerk of Wilderness Meeting and also with Poultney Worship Group.
