2015-14 Timmy Bullock reported on behalf of ministry and counsel. The minutes are appended.
2015-15 Meeting for business approves the idea of having a retreat at McWaters Park in North Bennington in order to learn and work with permaculture gardening principles. The clerk will be in touch with Avery Wood to see if she would be willing to focus the retreat. Two dates will be considered, either Saturday, August 29, or Saturday, September 19.
2015-16 Jean and Christopher McCandless and their son Jonathan from Burlington Monthly Meeting and Carl Williams from Plainfield Monthly Meeting will be visiting with the Bennington Meeting on Sunday, June 28, to speak to the program and focus of this year’s New England Yearly Meeting in Castleton, Vermont.
2015-17Arnold Ricks reported on behalf of Finance Committee. The minutes are approved and are appended.
2015-18 Meeting for business approves sending $300.00 from Friendly Grants to BROC’s gardening project for clients.
2015-19 Timmy reported on behalf of our hosting Quarterly Meeting in December. The clerk will be in touch with Ann Buffam to discuss planning for the event.
