2009-40 The minutes for meeting for worship on the occasion of business from May 17, 2009 were read and approved.
2009-41 The ministry and counsel minutes were read and accepted. They are appended.
2009-42 We will ask attenders under the age of 35 to share their insights on how the meeting can strengthen its spirit life in order to be more embracing and welcoming. Priscilla Tracy will be in touch with this under-age-35 group.
2009-43 The meeting for worship on the occasion of business for July will be on July 26 rather than July 19.
2009-44 Treasurer Jane Radocchia gave a treasurers report. As of this date $1700.00 has been paid to NEYM, $100.00 to FUM, $100.00 to FGC, $100.00 to Woolman Hill and $300.00 to FCNL.
2009-45 When we consider any budget revisions in August, any contributions to organizations will be reduced by a uniform percentage.
2009-46 Our Mayfest contribution was successful. Once again we remind ourselves we need a simple way to explain who we are.
After a period of silent worship, the meeting adjourned.

12.09 How do we create a spirit and energy that will vitalize the meeting, and attract membership?
13.09 Proposal by Kristina and Callid Keefe-Perry for September 19 retreat discussed and comments and suggestions sent to Kristina Perry. Retreat will build on our directive to “Focus on the power of spirit-led silence.”
